Since
the origination of the first civilization man has been constantly providing
solutions to his various needs. Beginning with the very basic needs of
‘food, clothing and shelter’ to the modern day needs of gadgets
and gizmos, man’s every pursuit has been met with his “Earnest
and Dedication”.
Motivated by the same dedication to excel in this pursuit, Department
of Civil Engineering was established at BBDNITM in the year 2007. With
the aim to train young minds and make them adept with the latest technological
developments and advances in the arena of Civil Engineering, a whole new
methodology of teaching coupled with practical and industrial exposure
was evolved.
A pool of competent and experienced resources specialized in Structural
Engineering, Hydraulics, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering,
Remote Sensing and GIS, etc. have been roped in to transform the students
into Industry ready resources.
